Measure the length
Measure the gap to close, under the door or along the window. The roll is 5 m long: you cut what you need.

Clean the surface
A quick wipe with a cloth. A clean surface is what the adhesive holds on to.

Stick it on
Peel the backing off the double-sided adhesive and lay the seal along the edge.

Press firmly
Press along the whole length. That is the step that makes the adhesive hold.

I love it. It is very hot and I put it on the other day, and literally no heat comes in through my doors any more. It is the best, I would buy it again without hesitation.
Worth every penny. I bought two, it comes as a big roll and I put the other one along the top and bottom of my front door, on my bathroom door top and bottom, and under my air conditioner to close the gap, and I still have some left. A great product overall.
